TEMRS & CONDITIONS

The Promotion is open to all residents of United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Promotion are not permitted to enter the Promotion.
Purchase, internet access, mobile phone number and email address are required to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion will start at 00:00 on 1st August 2025 and will end at 23:59 on 12th September 2025 (the “Main Promotional Period”). To enter, purchase a 70cl bottle or 250ml ready-to-drink can of Smirnoff Miami Peach from any participating retailer, scan the QR code or visit [insert URL] and complete the online entry form with your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and select which store you purchased from. Entrants will find out instantly online whether or not they have won a prize and if they have won, what the prize is. Entries received outside of the Main Promotional Period will be void and will not be entered into the promotion.
Entries are limited to one entry per week and a maximum of three entries in total throughout the promotional period.
There are 875 prizes in total to be won as split out below:

Instant Win prizes will be awarded at 875 predetermined Winning Moments (hours, minutes, seconds) which have been securely selected by a computer-generated algorithm and will be randomly seeded throughout the main promotional period. The first entrant to make a valid entry on or after the occurrence of a winning moment will be awarded the prize assigned to that winning moment. If no one makes a valid entry on or after a winning moment and another winning moment passes before the next valid entry, the available prize for the first winning moment will be won. For example, if a winning moment is set for 23:59 one day, an entry submitted on 00:01 the next day will capture that winning moment and win a prize. If there are no entries received within a given period between two or more Winning Moments, the first unawarded prize will be rolled forward and awarded to the next available entrant.
Win notification text messages containing a link to a unique online claim form will be sent to all winners within 7 days to the mobile number used upon entry. Winners will be required to claim their prize by completing the online claim form with their full name, email address, mobile number and GB postal address. If a winner does not claim their prize within 7 days of win notification, their prize will be forfeited and placed into the mop up draw.
Any prizes that are not won or remain unclaimed at the end of the main promotional period will be placed into a mop up draw which will be conducted on or before 30th September 2025. All valid entrants who did not win a prize will be placed into the mop up draw.
Mop up draw winners will receive a text message to the mobile number they entered the promotion with within 7 days of the mop up draw. The text message will confirm which prize they have won and will contain a unique link that the winner needs to follow to complete the claim form with their personal details within 7 days to claim their prize.
Mop up draw winners who click on the link will be redirected to the online claim form where they will need to provide their first name, last name, email address, mobile number and postal address to send their prize to.
A maximum of one set of mop up draw winners will be contacted in total. Any unclaimed prizes after this time will be forfeited.
Winners of a prize will receive their prize by Royal Mail Tracked Second Class post within 28 days of receipt of their valid claim to the postal address provided upon claiming. Delivery of the prizes may be subject to delays due to Royal Mail strikes or other causes. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any prize which is lost in transit or unable to be delivered for whatever reason.
Please ensure that you have entered your postal address in Great Britain correctly as the Promoter will not be held responsible for any prizes that are undeliverable due to incorrect delivery details. We will not dispatch any prizes to virtual UK addresses such as, but not limited to AddressPal, Mail Boxes etc, Ghost Mail or OOH Pod.

General

The Promoter will verify the eligibility of all entrants. The Promoter will require as much information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and the Prizes may be withheld unless or until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. Entrants who use anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable, Mailinator or Apple’s “Hide my Email” feature will not be entered into the Promotion. Winners that do not fulfil the requirements set out in these terms and conditions will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner whom it determines has used multiple names or email addresses to enter the Promotion and to require them to return any prize they may have won.
The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prizes.
The Promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy which can be found at https://footer.diageohorizon.com/dfs/assets/www.diageo.com/PrivacyPolicy_en.html?locale=en-gb . The Promoter will only use your personal information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prizes, the Promoter shall share your personal information with Umbrella Risk Management Limited who are responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prizes.
Subject to paragraph 20 and without prejudice to the Promoter's data protection obligations under relevant law, the Promoter shall make available, upon receipt of a written request (which includes a stamped self-addressed envelope for such a response) to Smirnoff Miami Peach (8566), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR, the winners’ surnames and counties for a period of 3 months after the close date of the Promotion.
Entrants to the Promotion can, at any time (including at or before the time of entry), object to all or some of their personal information being made available in accordance with paragraph 19 by writing to consumercare.GBandIreland@diageo.com. However, the Promoter shall provide the information set out in paragraph 19 upon request from such competent authorities (including the Advertising Standards Authority).
The winners may be asked to take part in publicity.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Promotion with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).
Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted and disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final.
The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason or difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Promotion and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify entries deemed to be non-compliant with these terms and conditions or if it has any reason to believe that attempts have been made to distort the competitive process or spirit of Promotion.
The Promoter is not responsible for computer or network problems, problems with servers, other programming, electronic or technological failures/errors/malfunctions of any kind (including but not limited to filtering by or operation of the functionality of the promotional website) or the failure to receive any emails or inability to contact the potential prize winner for any reason whatsoever.
While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.
This Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
